Luke Chen

MD, FRCPC, MMEd

Dr. Chen is the Director of the University of British Columbia (UBC) Hematology Residency Program and a staff hematologist at Vancouver General Hospital. He completed his medical degree at Dalhousie University, Internal Medicine residency at the University of Ottawa and Hematology at UBC. He also holds a Master’s of Medical Education from the University of Dundee and completed the UBC Centre for Health Education Scholarship Clinical Educator Fellowship. In addition to thrombosis, his areas of interest include postgraduate medical education, IgG4-related disease and eosinophilia, and hemophagocytic syndromes.
